Support for psychosocial and relational challenges
Psychosocial Therapy

Psychosocial therapy offers space to explore emotional, social, and psychological challenges that affect everyday life.

It focuses on understanding experiences in their broader context, rather than treating isolated symptoms.

Sessions provide a structured yet flexible setting where you can reflect on what you are going through, identify patterns, and develop greater clarity and resilience. The pace and focus of the work are shaped together, based on what feels relevant and helpful to you.

Psychosocial therapy offers space to explore emotional, social, and psychological challenges that affect everyday life.

Psychosocial therapy can be supportive during periods of stress, change, loss, or uncertainty, as well as when long-standing issues resurface or become overwhelming. You do not need a clear diagnosis or defined goal to begin.

Relationship Therapy

Relationship therapy offers a dedicated space to explore how you relate to others and how patterns of communication, closeness, distance, or conflict influence your daily life.

Relationships can be a source of connection and support, but they can also bring confusion, tension, or emotional strain.

Therapy provides an opportunity to pause and reflect on these experiences with guidance and care.

Relationship therapy offers a dedicated space to explore how you relate to others and how patterns of communication, closeness, distance, or conflict influence your daily life.

This work may take place individually or together with a partner, depending on the situation and your needs. In individual sessions, attention is given to personal experiences, expectations, and relational patterns that may repeat across different relationships.

In joint sessions, the focus is on understanding interactions as they unfold between you, creating space for dialogue and mutual awareness.

The emphasis in relationship therapy is on understanding dynamics rather than assigning blame or determining who is right or wrong. Attention is given to communication styles, boundaries, emotional responses, and the underlying needs that shape how people relate to one another. By exploring these elements, therapy supports greater clarity about what is happening within the relationship.

Relationship therapy can be helpful during periods of conflict, emotional distance, life transitions, or when recurring difficulties feel difficult to address alone. It can also support moments of change, such as separation, rebuilding trust, or redefining roles and expectations.

Group Therapy

Group therapy brings people together who are dealing with similar themes or questions.

Sharing experiences within a group can offer recognition, perspective, and a sense of connection that is difficult to achieve individually.

The group setting provides opportunities to reflect, listen, and learn from others, while also exploring your own experiences in a supportive environment.

Participation is guided carefully, with attention to safety, confidentiality, and respect.

Group therapy brings people together who are dealing with similar themes or questions.

Group therapy can complement individual work or stand on its own, depending on your needs and preferences.
